The Owl Occasions team birds and falconers had a great day with the pupils, staff, parents and visitors to Watermore Primary School Frampton Cotterell yesterday and the weather although a little blowy at times was perfect.Thanks for inviting us, we would be happy to visit again for a classroom session or next year's Fayre.
We had 4 new birds to display a Peregrine, a Kestrel, a Saker/Lanner Hybrid and a European Barn Owl. We had a great location under the trees and gave 2 talks during the afternoon. Everyone had a great day. The Peregrine, Saker and Kestrel need names we would be happy to have suggestions and may choose one of them for the respective bird.
